Every successful production process relies on good raw materials. ARKE 2000 uses original granules as well as PCR (post-consumer recycled) and PIR (post-industrial recycled) granules from EU-certified manufacturers. This contributes to reducing overall plastic waste from the beginning of production, guaranteeing the ecological safety of our products.

The maximum width of extruded film tubes is 4000 mm. In the further process, they are converted: cut, welded, perforated, wound onto smaller rolls, folded as needed, labeled, and packed for delivery.

Different products require different thicknesses of PE films. We can achieve thicknesses ranging from 4.5 µm for HD films, 12 mikrona for LD films, to 150 µm for solid films used in the construction industry.

By choosing granules of a specific color and/or adding additives, we can produce films in practically all colors.

In the production process, immediately after extrusion, using in-line printing technology, we can apply a logo or an infinite pattern as per the client's request. Combined with the chosen color of the film itself, this allows the end product to be visually striking.

We leave no waste behind! Production waste and excess are regenerated in-house.

The obtained regenerate is reintroduced into the production cycle.

In the further production process, we convert PE, aluminum, and stretch films, as well as baking paper, by rewinding them to appropriate sizes and then packaging them.

We export 80% of our production, and this percentage is growing!

Through established distribution channels, our products are already delivered to the EU (Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, France, Poland, Croatia), Switzerland, and Western Balkan countries.
